Sunday class is created as your personal Sanctuary.
A pause. A clearing. A reconnection to yourself.
Homecoming.
Alignment.
Being in alignment will get you further than grinding away ever could,
as you root into your power and tap into the infinite source of wellness within,
into your own gifts.
Sunday class is filled with lovely feeling essential yoga, cleansing and calming breath work and meditation.
+ we are strengthening and healing the body, regulating and strengthening the nervous system,
balancing the hormones and clearing the subconscious mind;
cultivating awareness and creating a safe and relaxed internal state of being WITHIN [in body and mind];
for more energy, joy, vitality, calm, focus, creativity, ability to express authentically and courage to live the life you want.
Incorporating yoga, breathwork, mantra and meditation;
the four Kundalini pillars.
The final 10 minutes of the class are for relaxation.
Make sure you have a comfortable place to lie down, a mat or carpet, and something warm to cover yourself with as you lie down.
Wear comfy clothes.
Everybody's welcome, no previous (yoga) experience required.
